Community risk profiles are free for every department. Response analytics are $300 per station per year: $1,000 minimum, $5,000 cap, however large your department.
Response and SOC Support require NERIS enrollment with API access granted to Arborlook. Setup is guided and takes about 15 minutes; your 30-day trial clock starts when your incident data arrives, not at signup. The 3-year prepay is billed as a single invoice, useful for budget cycles and predictable multi-year costs. SOC Support data packages are designed to integrate into existing accreditation workflows, whether purchased directly by the department or through a consulting partner. Full-delivery SOC Support engagements are fulfilled in partnership with Manitou, Inc. All paid tiers support AFG, SAFER, and FEMA HMA grant documentation.
