Community risk profiles are free for every department. Everything paid is priced per station: Response Analytics at $300 per station per year, Standards of Cover & Accreditation from $500. CFAI 11th Edition becomes mandatory in Spring 2027; the SOC package keeps you ready continuously.
Response Analytics and Standards of Cover & Accreditation require NERIS enrollment with API access granted to Arborlook. Setup is guided and takes about 15 minutes; your 30-day trial clock starts when your incident data arrives, not at signup. The 3-year prepay is billed as a single invoice, useful for budget cycles and predictable multi-year costs. SOC data packages fit existing accreditation workflows, whether the department buys directly or through a consulting partner. Full-study engagements are fulfilled in partnership with Manitou, Inc. All paid products support AFG, SAFER, and FEMA HMA grant documentation. How we store, protect, and delete your NERIS data is documented on the Security & Data Handling page. Departments with 15 or more stations are quoted individually for every product. Analyst services beyond your subscription are $175 per hour, quoted up front, with prepaid blocks available; see Services. Consultants and partner organizations can procure the SOC data package on behalf of client departments; see consultants & partners.
